Albany Softball Training is your go-to destination for specialized hitting, defensive, and pitching development. Every session is built around the player in front of us — refining swing mechanics, sharpening defensive IQ, and pairing physical skill with the mental approach it takes to perform when the game is on the line.
Led by Coach Joe Mannarino, sessions run private, small-group, or team-style for athletes age 8 and up who are serious about getting better.
Every lesson runs out of Out Of The Park (OOTP) Softball — a dedicated indoor turf facility that keeps training on schedule through wind, snow, and everything in between. Coach Joe Mannarino brings 16+ years of softball coaching experience and USA Softball certification to every lesson at OOTP.
His daughter Liza competes at the Division II level for Caldwell University, helping lead the team to the championship game as a sophomore — the kind of competitive success this program is built to develop.
He's also Head Varsity Softball Coach at Albany High School and runs the Miss Scotties 16U travel program — so the instruction here isn't theory. It's what's working on the field right now.
